We seek a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize PPC campaigns across various digital platforms. The role involves analyzing data, managing performance, and collaborating with teams to drive marketing strategies. The candidate will engage with clients and stay updated with digital trends to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies. Your specific responsibilities include:
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and update integrated digital strategies and PPC campaigns, including paid search, paid social, video, display advertising, and other programmatic platforms.
- Manage campaign optimization by analyzing performance data, running hypothesis-based tests, and evaluating outcomes to enhance effectiveness.
- Perform keyword research for discovery and expansion.
- Ensure proper website tagging and tracking implementation.
- Client Support and Collaboration:
- Address client requests for ad updates, mockups, questions, and concerns promptly.
- Engage and collaborate with project managers, clients, sales teams, and management to set a strategic direction.
- Perform competitive analysis and research new opportunities that support client growth.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Assess the return on investment for various digital media campaigns and provide recommendations for future improvements to achieve client’s business goals.
- Determine how the allocated budget should be distributed across different digital channels and campaigns to optimize reach and performance.
- Deliver monthly reporting for clients and internal use, including campaign KPIs, insights, and recommendations.
- Specialized PPC Management:
- Handle PPC campaigns for up to 10-15 projects initially, conducting weekly checks on budget pacing, conversion tracking, and performance.
- Deliver monthly performance reports as required by clients. The number of projects may vary depending on team capacity and project scale.
- Innovation and Research:
- Work independently and collaboratively to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Research and stay up-to-date on digital tools, trends, and best practices.
- Other Duties:
- Set up accounts and analytics for Meta and Google Ads Accounts.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, social media, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
