JOB OVERVIEW 
Periphery Digital is on the lookout for an Account Executive who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our mission of fostering lasting partnerships through innovation and a client-centric approach. While our primary focus is the real estate sector, our work spans a variety of industries, offering a rich environment for professional growth. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our Accounts team in delivering exceptional client service and executing digital campaigns that meet strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Account Director, you will assist in coordinating with our media and production teams to ensure the smooth execution of client campaigns. This role is perfect for adaptable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are keen to develop their skills in digital marketing and client relationship management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management & Project Leadership:

  • Serve as a key support to Account Managers while also acting as the lead on smaller-scale client projects, managing end-to-end responsibilities from strategy development to execution.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met with high responsiveness and attention to detail.
  • Participate in and, when appropriate, lead strategy sessions, sales meetings, and performance check-ins, demonstrating your growing expertise and commitment to client success.
  • Proactively address client inquiries and challenges, offering solutions that reflect a deep understanding of their objectives and our digital marketing capabilities.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Independently manage the strategy, planning, and execution of smaller client campaigns, while also contributing to larger projects under the guidance of an Account Manager and/or your direct support.
  • Utilize industry benchmarks and creative approaches to achieve and surpass campaign KPIs, ensuring client goals are met with efficiency and innovation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, applying these insights to both your projects and as contributions to larger team initiatives.

Sales & Strategy Support:

  • Assist in the development of RFPs, pitch decks, and strategic insights for new business opportunities, learning the nuances of effective sales support.
  • Lead the pitch process for smaller-scale projects, demonstrating your ability to understand client needs and articulate compelling strategies.

Team Collaboration & Growth:

  • Work closely with media and production teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, fostering an environment of teamwork and mutual support.
  • Pursue professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills in digital marketing, client communication, and project management.

QUALIFICATIONS 
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or account management, with a proven track record of managing projects and delivering client satisfaction.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and team members effectively.
  • Experience with digital marketing, media, and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with the Vancouver/Toronto real estate market and ethnic marketing platforms (WeChat, RED, etc.) is beneficial.
  • A team-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
